Haiti Savanne Zombie

This unique Haitian coffee hails from a town known as Zombie Desert, home to one of the region’s rare model farms. Although modest in scale, this cooperative manages to produce 600 bags of coffee while also compensating its growers generously for their coffee cherries. The beans are shade-grown—a rarity in Haiti due to limited forest cover. As for flavor, this coffee is low acidity, with sweet chocolate undertones with a floral aroma.
